Hot!!! #Fantasy #FPL #Manager #EPL
Sorry for last week absence just had a lot on my plate, but
thank God it all sorted out. My FPL position this week goes a long way to show
that I have done better writing and researching about my adventures. Ranking 900k+,
my best position all three seasons in the game. Am employing the bench boost
this week, reason been my mid priced players on the bench have a relatively
easy fixture.
BUY
Etienne Capoue (£4.9m, Mid, Watford)
How I managed to get him in my team and have him on the
bench while playing other poor scoring midfielders like Redmond and Townsend is
beyond me.
Although the ‘defensive’
midfielder had only scored one Premier League goal in his career before this
season, he has now netted 4 times and assisted once in 5 game weeks, only
blanking against Arsenal.
Walter Mazzarri has granted him the freedom to bomb forward
from the heart of the Hornets’ new 3-5-2 system. What is more surprising is that
his goals haven’t come against what you would call ‘weak
sides’,
having scored against Soton, Chelsea, West Ham and United. He has benefited a
lot from Deeney and Ighalo’s knockdowns into the area, arriving “Lampard-esque”
late into the box to get shots away at goal. If you watch the goals, they all
are very similar suggesting that Watford are trying to repeat this action each
week. And a lot of FPL managers can benefit from this. At just £4.9 it is
definitely bargain of the first half for me.
Captain
Sergio Aguero
Argentine hitman who already has 9 goals including 2 hat
tricks this season in all competitions. I’d love to rattle off some
obscure stats about why you should pick Aguero to captain your team this week
but in truth I’m not sure that we really need to know how many
shots per game he is averaging or how many attempted assists he has made.
Aguero has been in very sharp form so far this season and he
comes in to this game well rested due to his recent suspension and the team he
is playing has not been in the best of defensive form this season. The reality
is Aguero is likely to be the most popular captain pick this week and is by far
the most explosive player in the game, one capable of pulverising a team like
Swansea on any given day. Aguero is fit, in form and against a team in poor
form…
you know it makes sense
Romelu Lukaku
The tough Belgian was my first pick when Kun was suspended
and he paid off with two great displays getting an hat trick in one. Next up
for Everton is a trip to Bournemouth and another fixture that holds promise for
the in-form Toffees. Bournemouth have found clean sheets hard to come by not
just this season but last season too, they have only kept 1 so far this season
to go with the 7 from the last campaign so their defence doesn’t have a
reputation for being difficult to get passed and factor in they shipped 4 in
their last game. If form is anything to go by lukaku is a man in top form and well
rested for MD6 been rest in the mid-week game against Norwich.
