Pichai Sundararajan, better known as Sundar Pichai, is a technology executive who is Product Chief at Google Inc. Pichai was announced as the next Chief Executive Officer of Google on 10 August 2015.

Pichai was born in Chennai, a city of 4 million in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu in 1972 (43yrs old). His mother worked as a stenographer before she had children; his father was an electrical engineer for the British conglomerate GEC and managed a factory that made electrical components.
