My progress so far has been amazing considering the fact
that I have spent more than half of MDs without any Manchester City player and
started on MD2.
Capoue
Bargain of the season the first 5 games but has failed to
repay the faith 40% of managers still have in him, locking horns with a Klopp
side that leaves no room for opposition Midfielders to operate and it seem like a reasonable decision to sell
before his value drops further or worst case send him to the bench.
Gundogan
Under Guardiola, the German import has blossomed, having
grabbed braces in each of his last two appearances.Although his goal-scoring
exploits were assumed to be premature, the German followed up on his domestic
league performance by responding with yet another solid showing midweek against
the preeminent leviathan-like giants known as Barcelona. Both goals scored in
the Champions league were examples of Gundogan finding clever pockets of space,
but they were still matters of “being in the right place at
the right time”. Despite a cheaper price tag than the majority of
alternative City attackers, Gundogan offers nowhere near the amount of threat
as, so say, Kevin De Bruyne, but based off of current form, and until we are
explicitly proven otherwise, appears to be a viable second choice option. For
those willing to take a risk, choosing Gundogan over teammates such as Sterling
may be the route to go. City faces the leaky Middlesbrough defense thisweekend,
so it will be interesting to see if the German can keep returning and deliver
another prosperous showing.
Sergio Aguero
Yeah yeah yeah, I can hear u say " you advised Us to
sell now u want us to buy back" . Like I have always stressed in the past,
Aguero is only missed in my team when he puts on a Newcastle performance and
scores four goals. Having the right blend of players place me at 192,708 .
Could I have done better with Aguero? Hmmmmm I don't know especially when he
misses Pk like he did against Everton. So if you don't mind been extremely
happy one weekend and sad the next because of missed penalties, injury,
suspension and the likes. Buy the 200 points man.
My little dilemma this week is having 6players playing
against each other (Chelsea and Everton)
and hopefully going unscratched this international break . Till then
let's all cross our fingers and enjoy the weekend.
