The “40 under 40” initiative is designed to celebrate the depth of business talents in Nigeria. It is targeted at young men and women under 40 years of age who have created a distinct place for themselves in varied industries and expertise. The initiative recognizes not only the determination and commercial drive of these innovators, disruptors and job creators; but also the philanthropic pursuit that balance their corporate achievements and as such acknowledge their individual contributions to the welfare of the nation.
